Made up of a pool of private entrepreneurs from Emilia and Milan, in April 2015 it has leased the management of the two Thermal Spas of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano, Zoja and Respighi, of the Villa Igea Thermal Rehabilitation Clinic and of the Dermocosmetological Products and thermal water sector of the Salsomaggiore and Tabiano SPA. The rent was then transformed into the direct acquisition of the 4 company branches which took place in December 2018. The challenge of the new management is to relaunch a thermal compendium which boasts two thermal waters of unquestionable effectivenes and which enjoys an excellent reputation on a national level, but which in recent years has been going through a serious company and product crisis with which the public administration was no longer able to cope. 4 the principal units of Thermae of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano: the Zoja thermal establishment in Salsomaggiore; the Respighi thermal establishment in Tabiano; the Villa Igea rehabilitative thermal clinic in Salsomaggiore; the line and trade mark of Sal- somaggiore and Tabiano Thermal Products. Thermae of Salsomaggiore - Zoja Thermal Establishment Always renowned for their anti-inflammatory, rehabilitative and regenerative properties, Salsomaggiore's thermal waters are divided into four different types: natural salsoiodic, iron free, Acqua Madre and decalcified Acqua Madre. This variety allows the creation of personalized therapeutic and wellness programmes: hot muds and treatments to combat arthorheumatic, circulatory and gynecological pathologies, inhalations to resolve respiratory problems, oral balneotherapy for oral health, baths for physical rehabilitation and motorial reactivation. Thermae of Tabiano - Respighi Thermal Establishment Recognized among the best in Europe for its sulphurous waters, the Thermae of Tabiano, spa for breath, boasts a proven effectiveness in the prevention and treatment of respiratory disorders and diseases of bronchi, ear, nose, throat and skin in adults and children. The health cycles are monitored by a first class medical team that oper- ates in the following areas: bronchopneumology, otorhinolaryngology, rehabilitative respiratory, pediatric, dermocosmetological and hydrokinesitherapy rehabilitation. Villa Igea - Thermal Rehabilitation Clinic This is an integral part of the thermal offer of the Thermae of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano, with 60 beds and is a centre for physical and rehabilitative therapy with a team of medical specialists and consultants in the fields of physiatry, rheumatology, neurology, orthopedics , sport traumatology, pain therapy and internal medicine. It is proposed as a regional and national reference centre for orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and is accredited with the National Health Service. Thermal Products and CE Medical DevicesThe thermal products consist of two dermocosmetological lines with 69 items; a line of CE medical devices with 10 items and some Private Label products. The Thermae of Salsomaggiore dermocosmetic line with 32 items, the Thermae of Tabiano der- mocosmetic line with 37 items and the CE Medical Devices are distributed in the pharmacy channel through a dealer and are sold directly in the spas and via e-com- merce. They are quality products that support the repetition of the thermal experience at home.
